Clare Mitchell

Clare is a passionate advocate of sustainable urbanism and brings over 20 year experience leading on masterplanning, regeneration and public realm design. She is dual qualified in Urban Design and Landscape Architecture and has experience leading on groundbreaking projects in the UK, USA and across Europe.

Clare has been responsible for leading complex strategic projects at Savills. She thrives in a multidisciplinary environment and has a collaborative and hands on approach. Her recent experience includes regeneration, strategic masterplanning and public realm led proposals. She uses her creative instinct and broad technical understanding of the development process to create inspiring, people focus places that maximise the potential of a site.

Clare brings significant experience leading multi-diciplinary design teams in both the private and public sector. Previous projects have included the development of city wide planning and regeneration strategies and comprehensive design work for high profile public realm schemes, including heritage sensitive schemes. Clare is an expert in her field. She is a panel member for Design South East, and has given talks and published articles on design and masterplanning issues.
